Refund Policy

Tickets are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days after your purchase unless your purchase occurred within 30 days of the conference (March 13th, 2021.) No refunds will be given 30 days before the conference. 

Please note that in light of COVID-19 we have a specific refund policy in place. If due to travel bans or meeting space restrictions our conference is rescheduled, your ticket will be transferred to the new event date.
